Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed and dispatched the same working day
if paid before the dispatch time deadline.

Orders after the deadline will be dispatched the next working day.

At busy times please allow us extra time to process and dispatch.

All delivery times are estimated:- 1 / 4 days within the UK

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery 1 or 2 Business Days usually (Not Guaranteed)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually takes 3 to 5 days.
  
• Evri Next Day (this is next after evri collect the package)
• Courier is 2 / 5 days (again once collected)

Special Guaranteed Delivery orders received by the deadline (Monday to Thursday only) are processed and dispatched the same day working day if order placed before 10am

Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the package,
Royal Mail will not just leave the package!

Conditions for Special Deliveries:-

We Guaranteed to process and dispatch the order out the same working day if paid for and if the photo is good to use. 

The Guaranteed Next Day Service is something Royal Mail offer and are responsible for, If for any reason beyond our control the package is delayed, neither we or Royal Mail will issue refunds for the order itself. The package will still arrive even if late. These are personalised custom made items just for you and can not be re-used or resold to anyone else. 
Some UK locations are exempt from the Guaranteed 1pm eg Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey and Isle of Man.

All made to order masks, hats and buntings are exempt from Distance Seller Regulations. By selecting and using Royal Mail Special Delivery Service you are accepting these terms and conditions. 

For Guaranteed Saturday Deliveries we require your payment and the good to use photo in by 10am Thursday at the latest!. Extra charges apply with Special Saturday Guaranteed Deliveries. Someone must be at the delivery address to receive the package!
